He had been blessed with Acquired Savant Syndrome, a medical condition so rare that there were very few instances of it ever having occurred in history. It gave him endless potential and remarkable power. It gave him the power to destroy the world that he hated from the bottom of his heart. It gave him the power to destroy it and build a better one. And that was exactly what Cæ set out to do. --- This is my second novel, albeit my first time trying my hand at Royal Road. This story is centered around my desire to explore a story with a magical system centered around macroeconomics and politics. As the title suggests, this story will be centered around kingdom-building and progression fantasy. Romance is a coin flip. No smut. No harem. No systems.
