Kyo Minori was your average kid in a superpowered world, a place where 80% of the population had a power of some kind called "Quirks," whether they be Emitters, Mutants, or transformations. Everyone has their own unique ability. Some are so powerful they can be extremely deadly even to the user, while at other times they may be completely useless and more of a detriment to the person in their daily life.
That all changed when he was four, however, and he was diagnosed as part of the 20% of the population who were quirkless. So now what was he supposed to do? How was he going to give people a bright, hope-filled future like he wished he had always hoped for himself during the tough times, both for him and everyone else who had a miserable existence?
