The Goddess of the Waterfall (แม่น้ำไหลผ่านใจคงฉัน)

GardenOfEden
In the 1830s, a riverside village in Siam lived under the protection of a river goddess known as Jao-Mae Phrai Nam. The goddess is said to demand male sacrifices at the sacred waterfall in exchange for protection. But when the villagers attempt to offer Niramol, a young woman instead, the goddess spares her and sends her back with gifts and a warning: if another woman is sacrificed, the men of the village will perish. Intrigued and drawn to the goddess, Niramol returns to the waterfall. As the two grow closer, their connection deepens into a love that defies mortal and divine boundaries. Together, Niramol and Jao-Mae Phrai Nam set out to uncover the secrets kept by the village elders. But as their discoveries threaten the village’s power structure, Niramol, and Mae-Nam must fight to rewrite a legacy of fear and claim their place in a world that seeks to divide them.
