This story is a reincarnation epic that follows a modern man, Dan, who dies from a rare spinal cancer and is reborn into the world of Naruto. He awakens as Yotsuki Dana, the second son of the powerful Third Raikage, A, in the Hidden Cloud Village (Kumogakure). His one wish for this new life is simple: to be healthy.
