Llewyn grew up in a toxic household where love was taught with pain, over time he learned to live with the mindset that whoever loved him would hurt him. Rowan on the other hand is a young man who grew up traumatized carrying his own scars and feared loneliness, offering kindness to others not knowing how deeply it could be misunderstood. when Llewyn meets Rowan he became attached to Rowan’s kindness and gentleness, it was an unfamiliar feeling and experience to him. Rowan was the only one who ever treated him differently. Rowan sees Llewyn as nothing more than a friend with strange feeling, failing to understand his actions, he dosent realize that Llewyn wanted him all to himself and would do anything to materialize the thought. The innocent attraction turned into a dangerous obsession as Rowan’s friends begin to suffer mysterious and tragic fates. Is obsession considered love or something far more dangerous?
