“Hey! What's going on? Wh…why are you quivering? Why haven't you sealed his magic yet?”
The mage didn't reply for a moment, the beads of sweat grew in numbers as his whole body was now totally drenched.
“H…he… I can't! His aura, his mana, his magic is growing. He is growing rapidly, I can't tame him. I can't. He's too…”
Meanwhile, in the shadow realm, Grey smirked as he lifted his hand and made a slashing motion in the air in front of him.
“Dimensional Slash.”

In a world teeming with mages. A world where more than half the human population had awesome affinities ranging from wind, earth to lightning and so on.
Grey Dawn had none. He was weak, useless, magicless and most importantly… a cripple in terms of magic usage.
Not until an accident where he almost brushed past death.
Summoned by a celestial, the seal placed on his core was shattered and there he was appraised.
Grey found out not only will he wield magic, he would come to become the strongest mage in existence with five affinities.
Confident, he enrolled at Lunaria academy. One of the four great magical academies.
Here, he meets awesome mages, forged bonds and most especially, rivalries.
With his squad, Grey blitzed through enemies… portal breaks, dungeons, bandits, kingdom invasion, he was clearing them all.
But it wasn't enough.
The foe the world was up against were not weak by any means. The Otherworlders!
Destroyers of planets, conquerors of worlds. Beings with destructive powers and backing.
These were the kind of foes he was up against.
Grey would learn that his magic isn't enough against them. And the Otherworlders won't be the only foes he would be up against.

He will realise that he would be needing something more. He would be needing to transcend his current self and status.
He would need to evolve into something more so as to stand a fighting chance against the otherworlders and the much more terrible foes beneath the surface.
