Day 2
Me and Aurora met with the suppliers to bargain for better stuff and a discount on their prices, result we got what we hoped for , provided that we would order a minimum of stuff every two days.
Day 3
I called my friend Alex he was a always smilng type guy he would be always cheerful, greet everyone passionately, his stature was about 1,90m tall had the athletich kind of body, his facial features make me think that this world is realy unfair, he was like a hollywood superstar or supermodel, his taste in fashion is realy good too and everyone realy loved him, especialy our company girls would become all red in face talking to him, sometimes even becoming hysterical.
Well he worked as the head of the marketing department, and i asked him if he could help me advertise a bit the reastaurant.
Day 6
The new recruits seem promising and the old staff is starting to better themselves
Except for some people that i already sent to their home forever
Day 7
Alex came and we discussed about renovating a bit the place
Starting from the name
We decided to rename it "Primavera" that means spring in italian
With the chefs we tried to make some variations to our menù that was a typical italian cuisine
and we changed to do cheaper stuff for the lunch, and a bit more gourmet in the evening for the diner.
Day 12
We closed the restaurant for 1 week to renovate the design and do minor maintenance, even thought this will make a blow to our business it was neccesary for the future, we need to make a new image for Primavera
Day 19
The renovations Came out realy well, tonight we will have a reopening with free food for whoever reserved a table.
We will serve 150 people all at the same time, this will be our trial to determine if we can do it to keep this place up.
There will be lot of vip or even vvip, including our company directors, famous journalist and bloggers, and my ill-fate would want some unwelcome guest to come too.
