Davis's expression sank.
"Why did you lower your size? That was the only thing worthwhile about this fight."
"Human, are you of the mind that size equals strength? Indeed, the more we shrink, the further our strength drops, but not by a great margin. Even at the most minimal size, our body can project over fifty to ninety percent of our power, and a dragon body like mine is at the peak, capable of unleashing ninety percent of my power even at the smallest size. My current size is enough to make a meat paste of you."
Barakiel chuckled with disdain.
"You want to kill me?"
"I want to eat you. You seem strange, as though the heavens want you gone." Barakiel narrowed his eyes.
With his azure eyes, he could see the heaven and earth energy stay away from the purple-robed man.
"You smell tasty. Perhaps something good might happen."
Barakiel finally appeared before Davis, his form towering over him.
The others had already retreated back although his family didn't move one bit.
