Chapter 661 - Waiting for the Sleepyhead to Wake Up

After finishing one round of walking, Nia just straight-up dropped on the pavement.

"Zzz…"

"No way..." Yuel made a face. This is as amazing as it's absurd. What am I even supposed to now?

There was a girl lying on the ground, right in the middle of the street. Surely, any passerby would find this extremely questionable. Not to mention, somebody might think this was somehow Yuel's fault!

I'm not strong like Lars, so I can't carry her home. Yuel mused. But at least I can move her to a bench.

He reached toward the defenseless girl and gently picked her up. Huh, she weighs almost nothing.I've always thought she's a bit skinny, but does she even eat properly? Maybe her diet is part of the problem.

Eating too little meant the body didn't receive sufficient energy to function, which naturally led to tiredness and sleepiness. So, it was very much possible that Yuel was focusing on the symptom rather than the root cause.

Exercising is good for any athlete in general, but it's not going to work miracles for somebody who inherently lacks energy. I'd better get to the bottom of this first.

Aside from the "eccentric sleepy girl" Yuel saw in the club, he actually knew very little about her personal life. Why was she so skinny? How did she hone her elusiveness skills?

I typically don't like prying into people's lives, but I think I have to in this case.

Nia was becoming a key player in Stratus. She was now the team's main Jungler, so it was crucial to polish her as a player. Jungling was a big responsibility for a freshman, but Nia had no choice but to carry it on her shoulders.

Life would've been so much easier if Luke dropped his memes, but I don't think that'll happen anytime this year. Yuel sighed. So, I have to focus on Nia. She's now one of the most important players on the team, but she also suffers from the worst problem for competitive games.

Yuel placed Nia on a nearby bench and sat down beside her. Her naps are typically between 20 to 40 minutes, but I wonder how long it'll be this time?

For once, Nia's body had a legitimate reason to complain about being tired. Did that mean she'd sleep longer than usual? An hour? Maybe two hours?

I might be stuck here for a long time... Yuel sighed. Oh well. I'll join club practice in the meantime. He pulled out his phone, a controller, and earphones.

Thanks to the mobile port, it was so easy to dive into Classmancers anywhere and anytime. But, with that said...

"Oh, sorry." Yuel apologized. "I screwed that one up,"

He just had a great opportunity to pull in an injured enemy to set up a smooth kill for Lars, but his Nature's Grasp missed the mark.

I shouldn't have picked Druid when I'm on dpad. Yuel criticized himself. This skill is already difficult enough to confirm with a mouse. I shouldn't have pushed my luck.

After finishing four online matches, Nia finally woke up… sort of.
