Five seconds. That's how long she had waited. It is I who had been waiting for us in my abode. As she came out, I walked out of my abode as well.
She looked well rested. A day is more than enough for the powerhouses like her to recover fully.
There was a moment of silence before we took to the sky; both of us wore cloaks and covered ourselves in stealth. With her, I don't worry about getting discovered.
She is powerful enough to deal with most threats without revealing her identity.
"If you have time, I want to check a few spots in here that might help me reach the limit." She said, turning to me. "It's for which I had come to this place," she added.
