Chapter 4 - After school

Schools out..for now and I got no homework, this means I get some time to do me. So once I was officially out of the building, I was gone, I then hopped in the car with my dad and got home.

After a few minutes of me traveling home, I got into the house. My dad just pulled off, I guess he has something to do huh I said muttering to myself. I then made my way into the house and threw my book bag on the couch. When I get home my chores are to walk the dog, do the dishes and clean off the back porch.

While walking my dog I run into some construction men or something, they were helping my neighbor build his garage. Poor man has been talking about building it for a year now, I didn't really think he was gonna really do it. So I watched as the haul/carry ladders out of their white vans, and into the now half built structure.

I then gave a little tug on my dog's leash saying "let's go Roxie",and me and her were on our merry way. We walked pass trees and over train tracks to get to a place, a place that I like to call "Sanctuary". Why? Well, it's my "Sanctuary" because my siblings nor any other adult came there. I found it when I was walking one day and my dog got off the leash, sooo yeah. Occasionally I see a few deers or stray cats, but I guess thats the price. I can never be "completely alone" with all of this nature around me.

When I got home, I washed my hands and did the dishes. I didn't need to take the garbage out so I went upstairs to lie down, my girlfriend called me but hung up before I was even able to answer. I don't know what's up with her, she says she loves me but the way she shows it is just..the opposite of what she's telling me. Even the way she looks at me, I don't know if I'm "trippin" or not but I hope it's me. However I can feel it one of these days we're gonna break up, and I hope it's not on Valentine's Day.
