Rita got all the equipment and arranged them. " The Floor is ready, you can bring people to mine the seastones ", she said. He smiles and talked with Fang; they took men who are sold by slave traders.
Slaves cried as they heard Jack orders. They thought they would die mining without food but Jack promised food and shelter according to their work , if possible freedom after some years.

After 3 months all clones are completed. They all assembled in mining place near the border. Everyone are only of age 20. Each hundred are assigned in 4 seas, some will work directly and some will disguse as normal citizens after contruction and fight if required.
Another 150 will be in grandline base and do the same but 50 are under information group. Remaining 450 will scatter across every small islands to send information. Every one are give snails to communicate.
