In other words, if Lan Xuanyu succeeds, there will never again be a situation where he is rejected by the universe. Even in the future, as he develops into the Divine Planet, the universe will not reject him because, by then, the universe would have implicitly accepted that he serves the laws of the universe.
And the continuously compressed strength is actually the compression of the power that originally belonged to the Dragon God. The massive energy required to become the Dragon God anew will generate during this compression. The greater the pressure, the stronger the eruption of Dragon God's Power, resulting in enormous strength that allows him to return to the position of Supreme God King.
But whether it is the compression process or the process of obtaining recognition from the universe's laws, these are extremely challenging. It's akin to adding an additional universe test on top of the original God King's trial. This is also what the Dragon God left for Lan Xuanyu.
