"Well, I have to say that's a smart move, Renner and I have clearly remembered you so it has worked as well." Rowan said with a smile.

"Thanks" Renner said

"Waiter" called another customer and Jeremy said goodbye to Rowan then went to attend them.

When Rowan started his way to his office on May 10, the new week's weekend box office statistics had already come out. As expected, the top box office this weekend was taken by "The Deep Impact" released on 8th May a project by Paramount and Dreamworks in 3,156 theatres, with a cumulative box office of 39.15 million dollars and weekend box office of 39.15 million dollars.

In second "The Man from Earth", with a cumulative box office of 56.6 million US dollars and a weekend box office revenue of 22.22 million dollars. This surprised Rowan as he didn't think that the weekend box office for this movie could rise up to this level moreover even though he wasn't sure but he felt that the opening box office of deep impact was higher in his previous life but he can't remember it.

In third place was "City of Angels" with a cumulative box office of 61.85 million dollars and a weekend box office revenue of 4.71 million dollars.

When he reached his office Rowan asked around to find the reason for such a high box office of his movie and found out that the media and critics have been comparing "Deep Impact" and "The Man from Earth".

Critics and scientists don't like how inacurate it is as compared to his movie and said only idiots would like movies like "Deep Impact" while the fans are okay with watching movies like this many are still self conscious and don't like to be called an idiot so just to prove them wrong many tried to watch "This Man from Earth" and understand it.

"No who asked them to do this? That's Paramount okay even if you don't take Dreamworks seriously don't you know the media pull Paramount have and you decided to pull something like this." Rowan asked in surprise

"No sir this wasn't us, we just asked them to praise our work just as they have been doing till now as for critics I think it's because they genuinely didn't like Deep Impact and couldn't praise it much so they decided to compare it with our work." Sean the head of distribution and promotion department stated

Rowan shook his head in disbelief "Well Paramount won't take it just lying down, get ready soon our movie will start getting smeared and we can't just take a beating without any response. Start contacting media and make sure they point the positive points about the movie."

Just as he had predicted the negative news about "This Man from Earth" appeared in a great fashion.

"I have never seen such a slow and worthless movie. They don't do anything but just talk amongst each other who would waste there time in that" New York Times

"This is the most boring movie of the year" Los Angeles Daily

Many more negative news started appearing on TV and newspaper but Rowan stopped posting attention as he has already ordered the contingencies.

Now he needed to meet someone he has been waiting to meet since he acquired Marvel. Nina Jacobson the She is one of the few female bosses in Hollywood!

Basically one of the five female bosses.

The first one is the current Paramount boss Shirley Lansing;

The second is Amy Pascal, the current president of Columbia Pictures and the future second-in-command of Sony Entertainment;

The third is Gail Borman, current president of Borman Digital Media, who later became president of Paramount and then president of Fox Broadcasting Company;

The fourth one is Nina Jacobson!

Fifth, the female producer with the highest total box office, Kathleen Kennedy, who later became the president of Lucasfilm.

The most vivid memory about Nina Jacobson was that in 2007, she was dismissed from her position as president of Disney Studios and chairman of Buena Vista Group.

Because of a serious disagreement between her and Night Shyamalan, Night Shyamalan left Disney with his original project "Sirens" and turned to work with Warner.

Disney was very disappointed about losing the opportunity to work with such a great director, so it fired Nina Jacobson.

Of course, this was also due to the fact that she was pregnant and had been on leave for a long time.

It is quite ironic that "Woman in the Water", which was not favored by Nina Jacobson and produced by Warner, failed miserably at the box office!

After leaving Disney, Nina Jacobson founded her own production company and launched the famous film series "The Hunger Games"

Before that, she helped Disney launch blockbusters such as "The Sixth Sense", "Glorious Years", "The Princess Diaries" and "Pirates of the Caribbean", which were both box office and well-received. Of course now none of them will belong to Disney thanks to him.

Because of these achievements, Nina Jacobson received the "Crystal Award" specifically given to female filmmakers, and was listed on the "Top 100 Most Powerful Women in the World" list in 2005.

Rowan was not sure about Nina Jacobson's current job, so he had asked his secretary and checked her information sometime ago.

Nina Jacobson was born in 1965. She graduated from the famous Brown University in 1987. After graduation, she worked at Silver Image and MacDonald Pictures, and then successfully joined Universal Pictures, one of the six major film companies, and became the deputy director of production.

During her time at Universal Pictures, she supervised the production of many films including "12 Monkeys" and "Dazed and Confused".

She then moved to DreamWorks and became the head of its film production department, developing the "Paulie" project.

But the movie which was released on April 17th was a box office failure earning only 26.9 million dollars on a budget of 23 million dollars and became the reason for her to be sacked she hasn't even joined Disney yet so Rowan decided to take her in right now when she is at her lowest and give her a position she couldn't even dream of.

Rowan called Emma back and handed her a list, "Call these people over for an interview right away."

Emma looked at the list of more than a dozen people and felt dizzy. Where did this big boss get so much confidence? He didn't even need an interview, but directly hired them and put them on probation?

Rowan ignored her hesitation and handed her another note, "Immediately send an invitation to these two people in the name of Stark Pictures and Marvel Entertainment."

Emma glanced at Rowan in surprise, and saw two names written on the note:

"Nina Jacobson, President of Marvel Studios."

"Kevin Feige, Assistant to the President of Marvel Studios."

"Rowan, isn't this too hasty?"

Rowan waved his hand and said, "Don't worry, I know what's going on!"
