"Gurgle, gurgle."
A small stone rolled out from the street corner, catching the attention of two nearby zombies.
Their necks twisted at an unnatural angle, their faces grotesquely distorted.
"Ow…"
One of the zombies stared at the stone for a moment, stretched its neck to sniff it, and, seeing nothing unusual, was about to turn away.
However, just then, the stone suddenly moved.
"Swoosh!"
The stone sharply pulled back, flew into the air, and disappeared around the corner.
The two zombies growled and leaped forward.
"Pfft! Pfft!"
As blood holes appeared, Lucy deftly grabbed the collars of the falling zombies from behind.
An adjacent female teammate immediately came forward and sealed their forehead wounds with prepared transparent tape to prevent the blood from flowing out.
"I didn't expect this would actually work…"
Lucy dragged the bodies to a corner, gently placing them beside the other corpses: "When Ling Mo mentioned it, I thought it wouldn't work at all…"
