One was a male participant with a lower body that like a spider who attacking Negi who uses a lightning magic, while the other one was a female participant who has a human body but have six eyes and six arms attacking Negi using a medium-sized sword.
The lightning magic that aimed at Negi can be avoided by him easily, because Negi can predict the direction of the lightning as a lightning magic user who is far more powerful than his enemy.
Whereas when he faced one on one against the six-armed spider lady who are wearing a maid outfit, Negi strengthened his body using Magecraft which was easier to use than the body strengthening magic used by most mages.
In terms of physical strength, the six-armed woman is stronger than Negi. But Negi who excelled in the use of magic technique and quantity of magic energy can easily overcame the spider lady in physical combat.
