Chi Enen glanced down at her watch. Not caring that the steak might not look appetizing, she picked up the thermos bucket Aunt Wang had packed for her and headed out. "Aunt Wang, I'm leaving first."
"Miss, aren't you eating lunch at home?"
"No, I'm running late." Chi Enen hurried out.
Aunt Wang, seeing her in such a rush, knew she was probably off to deliver food to someone and didn't say anything more. She followed behind her and helped her open the car door, reminding her with concern, "Miss, no matter how busy you are, you must remember to take time to eat something, or your stomach won't take it."
"Okay."
Aunt Wang watched her get into the car with reassurance and closed the car door for her.
Chi Enen placed the thermos bucket beside her, secured her seatbelt, started the car, turned it around, and headed back to Li headquarters.
She tried to drive a little faster all the way.
Finally, she reached the company by 11:45.
