Water always flows from height lying place to low lying place. People almost always aims for high altitude in comparison to low altitude we can be different from nature in number of ways. Ai would be different from us in may number of ways. But, there are circumstances when we see people from high altitudes wanting to go for the lower ones. From high tech cities to small towns and villages. What implications leads us into those things
