Letting him know that something ain't right about his power's that he hasn't picked up yet thinking about his power he is manipulating the power of the law to be in his favor or make those who opposed him suffer while still in hiding he goes back too thinking what might've happened to richie rich arm's in order for him to get hurt like that he has hurt him before he was lucky enough to do so but he uses his good luck to heal his wounds but for some reason unknown too him the wounds in his forearms have not healed completely yet with him not noticing an energy ball beside him richie rich say boom causing the ball to blow up the whole area sending vincent flying from the shockwave that he fall's on his stomach not seeing that richie rich has sent out a million energy missiles to come attack him from the sky hitting him all over his back side that deal's a good amount of damage to him that he is sent crashing through the many floors that he has to grip the floor with his bare hand to not fall any lower as he hangs for his dear life seeing richie rich appear beside him that he shoots two energy beam from his finger.
Hitting both of vincent eye's that he fall's on to the lobby floor hard causing him to groan in pain as he holds his stomach trying to deal with the pain he is feeling right now he uses his ears to listen for the enemy movements so he won't be attacked when he's currently blind right now as he hears around healing only his eye's while using his damaged body to fuel his power more making it grow with the passing second as he hears a little rubble fall on to the floor he shoots a rainbow beam at it causing it to get blown up into smithereens but too his surprised he hears richie rich voice coming from everywhere he tries to listen too saying to himself that he knows what he is trying to do so he focused on sensing energy signatures for the time being since he hasn't full recovered his eye sight as he keep on doing this dodging cut wounds that he feels appear in his body but no energy signature too detect so he is left in the dark with vincent expanding his own energy throughout the whole building with him finally sensing his opponent who is at the very top of the building roof itself so he fire's a dual rainbow path attack.
That engulfed the whole tower building destroying it with ease while the enemy uses his good luck to have it avoid him all together as he descends to his street floor with vincent having heal his eye's back to normal he appears before him landing a hit on his face but richie rich does nothing but let his good luck cause him to fail for some unknown reason looking around he sees a small piece of nail slip below his shoes that has knock him out of place as he understand this he smiles too himself saying I think I know how your power work's with him once again throwing a punch at the enemy face direction with richie rich standing still he chooses a random object to fall between him and the enemy like a invisible wall that stops him from hitting his opponent as richie rich sees a box crater that gets blown in his direction causing him to step on it he fall's on to the floor but vincent uses the fall momentum too uses his left leg and lift it above his head backward causing richie rich to look around as he uses the nearby tool box to get in his way but once again the boy changes his moves catching on how he does this luck thing.
So he spins his lower body to land a spin kick across the enemy face but he wasn't fast enough to picked out the object he needed to protect him from harm way so he gets kicked across the face that knocks him to the ground floor saying you figured it out good now he can take it up a notch throwing the entire tool box in front of him while he uses his bad luck to force up the tool box open to shoot out it many tool's that it had inside at vincent who says okay he has to focused on his entire surroundings area not waste a single second so the enemy will not think he has him on the rope moving faster than ever he has scan all the objects in his sight that can do him harm by richie rich luck as he dodges out the tool's way he scan the area once again saying he has to keep his back side and front side we'll protected at all cost since everything in this city can cause him harm so he don't want to be in an even bigger disadvantage than he is already spotting the tool's fly away with none hitting in particular except for a metal wire that was holding on to multiple metal polls that fall in his direction so he acts fast enough to get out the way.
With him seen firing a rainbow ball at his direction that goes in circle motion then head's back to him that he catches it throwing it below richie rich feet so he can create a smokescreen cloud too block his vision since he needs it to pick out the object to move at his command as he closes the distance between them two he is about to fire a rainbow fragrance attack at the enemy but suddenly vincent hears a cracking noise come from below him that he soon realizes that one of the tool's did hit something below to caused this domino effect as richie rich smiles in delight saying you loose kid vincent sees a huge energy pike come out the ground he's standing on currently unable to move at all he says fuck he has no other choice but to used his trump card right now or else he's dead for good sensing all that raw energy pouring out the energy pike itself it can kill him or leave him severely wounded so putting his two hand's together just in time he shouts out domain barrier expansion technique catching the two fighter's in a personal barrier domain that vincent has created away from the city in order to even the playing field.
