Cheney Residence.
It was close to nine when Jasmine Yale finally woke up, feeling lethargic and unenthusiastic.
After washing up, she went downstairs in slippers.
Butler Santana was placing fresh flowers in a vase and greeted Jasmine Yale with a smile as she came down, "Miss Yale, hungry? I'll get you some breakfast."
"The rain seemed to have lasted all night." Jasmine Yale looked out the window.
A thin layer of mist had formed on the glass, and beyond the haze, there was the sound of the heavy rain pouring down.
"Yes, rained all night. It's always like this around Qingming Festival, a rainy season." Butler Santana brought the warm breakfast to Jasmine Yale, "Miss Yale, are you going out today?"
"Not going out." Jasmine Yale shook her head, "On rainy days, I like to stay at home."
She kind of missed her mom, and also missed Sweet Kitty.
During breakfast, Jasmine Yale was obviously distracted, constantly gazing at the beautiful daisies in the vase.
