Chapter 342 - Chapter 342: Turning Tides II

[Island]

Since Lorius is a force to be reckoned with, none of the champions dared to underestimate him. Due to that multiple capable champion's that have amazing adaptability then attacked Lorius without an ounce of hesitation.

First off Yasuo charged towards Lorius while being covered by both Caitlyn and Tyrndamere. However Lorius simply deflected all of Yasuo's attacks and even blocked his "Steel Tempest" with his own mana barrier. After that Lorius kicked Yasuo's sword upwards as he dodged Tyrndamere's attack from behind, before blasting away Yasuo with a mana blast.

After that he then equipped himself with mana guard on his arms and blocked Tyrndamere's sword, before countering with an strength amplified punch to the guts, and chained attack with a penetration amplified knee kick to the face.

Of course this somehow dazed Tyrndamere, but it isn't enough to actually push him back as he tanked the attack and ignored the injury on his face. In fact this only made him angry as he swung his sword to push Lorius away, before angrily smashing it towards him.

However by then Lorius had already teleported away as he shot multiple mana blast towards Tyrndamere from afar.

This time Caitlyn fired her shot when Lorius distanced himself from Tyrndamere, which was further supported by Zilean which accelerated her movement speed and reaction speed.

This naturally caught Lorius off guard as he never fought anyone with a gun before, however dealing with such an enemy was nothing new to him. Despite being a different weapon, such an attack was similar to high penetrative magic bullet that can be fired with precise accuracy.

So after getting his hand shot by Caitlyn's attack, he then immediately healed his wounds as he conjured multiple spears of lightning above him and threw them all towards Caitlyn.

Naturally Yasuo foresaw this and immediately moved to intercept the attack with a "Wind Wall".

Unbeknownst to him, Lorius also expected Yasuo to block his powerful ranged attacks, so by using such attacks as bait, he then teleported in between them and used a spell that literally obliterated both of them.

"Blade Storm"

Just as it's name suggest a hundred mana blades begun to circle around Lorius like a tornado, cutting everything around him. Of course Yasuo didn't manage to move away in time and was decimated by this attack. Just like that Yasuo turned back to mana as he died at the hands of Lorius.

As for Caitlyn she somehow manage to get away by firing a "90 Net Caliber" which pushed her back due to recoil of firing such shot. Unfortunately she wasn't able to avoid getting hit at all. Due to that both of her arms were cut away leaving her incapacitated for the rest of the fight.

She was basically dead at this point. So despite succefulky surviving Lorius attack, it didn't take long for the latter to catch up to her and beheaded her with a slash.

With Caitlyn and Yasuo dead, Tyrndamere then took the lead of the charge as he tanked the storm of blades and even showcased his impressive regenerative ability and guts to live.

"Undying Rage!!!"

Activating his skill, Tyrndamere refuses to die as his own guts kept him alive and moving even if death is creeping up on him.

Not long after, he then manage to break through Lorius momentum, as he grabbed him by one hand and swung his blade with another. Unfortunately Lorius stayed unfazed, as he kept his calm and blasted Tyrndamere away by shifting the ground beneath his feet and launched him to the air with an earth modification spell.

In that moment a huge cage suddenly erupted from the ground as Veigar used his skill "Event Horizon" to trap Lorius in a cage before striking down with his own "Dark Matter" from above.

Of course there is still a possibility that Lorius could teleport away in order to escape Veigar's cage, however before he could even do so, Thresh had already caught him with his hook, right outside Veigars cage. Making it even more impossible for him to escape since Thresh hook is laced with an element that prevents him from casting a spell.

But despite his magic being restricted by Thresh hook, Lorius wasn't out of option at all. If he can't use magic, then all he needed to do was to use his martial skill.

"(Martial Skill) Heavens Drop!!!"

Using such skill, Lorius blasted the ground beneath his feet, causing the chains to be affected and lose its grip on Lorius. After that using pure strength, Lorius destroyed the chains with a series of pin point punches which targeted the chains weak points, before blocking the dark matter with a hexagonal 6 layer barrier spell.

After that he teleported right outside Veigar's cage as he redirected Veigar's skill "Baleful Strike" towards a champion from afar, before catching Thresh newly reconstructed hook and chain, and stabbing it towards Thresh skull.

After that when Veigar tried to attack Lorius, he simply kicked him away, before he quickly make a work of Thresh by wrecking his head with multiple punches.

Of course Thresh didn't just let that happen. He actually used every skill in his arsenal and even using his own electrical cage with slowness debuff. However Lorius simply overpowered everything and even redirected the debuff towards himself. He literally beat him until Thresh lost its footing and on its knees.

But before he could even finish Thresh, Lucian suddenly appeared and used his skill of rapid fire at him "The Culling".

With this Lorius was forced to back away only to stepped on top of a shroom which exploded and poisoned him with its fumes.

Of course the poison was easily purified by Lorius, but the longer he stalls here, the more Shun would be able to analyze his new fighting style.

Truth be told Shun is far from stable than Lorius told. In order to maintain his summon and consistently pour them enough mana for this fight, he had been drinking mana potion non stop to replenish his body. But even though this helps him keep his mana pool stable, the sheer amount of liquid he is drinking made him feel nauseous to the point that it made it hard for him to even swallow.

At this point Shun had lost count on how many potions he had to drink in order to summon all his champion's.
