After the explosion had occurred, the whole area was filled with smoke, as both Akito and Seol were thrown back from the force of their attack and simultaneously crashed at opposite ends. Due to their stunt of having two strong force clashing against each other, both of them not only received broken bones, but they were also bleeding from the inside.
For Seol she could somehow make do with the damage by circulating her mana through her veins to slowly heal her body, but for Akito who ran out of health potions, he somehow has no means to recover, as he started coughing out blood.
In that moment Rex arrived after deciding to see if both Seol and Akito had survived that destructive explosion. For some reason he was quite surprised to see that Seol had survive such attack.
As for Akito he was surprised that Rex was happily roaming all over the place, with him around, I'll be harder for him to proceed with his plan.
"I didn't know you were still conscious, I thought you were knocked out considering that one the explosion you have caused had literally push us all back"
"Well I thought that I was going to loose my consciousness when that explosion occurs" said by Akito as he saw Rex moving towards him with careful steps.
"You've survived this long already, why don't you tale a rest?"
"Well I would have liked that,unfortunately that's not up for me to decide"
After saying that, Akito then stood up, as he held his sword while they faces each other. Rerir on the other hand held a party once he they came out, rerir. Soon after everyone would know this place.
As Rex was doing something, Seol finally got up as she confronted Rex while confused with everything that he was doing. After all in Seol perspective, he was just loitering around.
"What are you doing Rex?"
"Seol? Oh your finally able to move now, that's great, that's really great"
"What are you doing here Rex? This is my battle, I am fighting Akito, not you..
So why the heck are you here of all places?"
"Well I came to check if you've finished your job, apparently he still survives so let me handle the rest"
Hearing Rex words, Seol was flabbergasted for a bit, as she saw him determined to take down Akito. However with such a person who is quite adept to real life combat, it wouldn't be easy for anyone to be brought back to its feet.
In that moment as Seol watches Rex get himself ready, Akito suddenly charged at him despite not being fully combat prepared and swung his sword at him. However Rex simply raised his blade and blocked Akito's surprise attack.
After that Rex had chains catch Akito, forcing him to immediately back away when he learned of his ability. After all when chains are involved then often times chains can be a sign of restriction.
Since Rex had means to trap him, Akito then begun observing the area, as he somehow felt dizzy from exhaustion due to his previous fights. In fact he was tired, he had been fighting non-stop and this had finally taken a toll on him. First it was Gus, then it was Seol, and now some guy named Rex.
Each of these people are formidable opponents, so it was only natural that he was tired on top of being wounded.
Unfortunately Rex wouldn't let him have time to think, as he charged at him with incredible speed and begun launching multiple attacks that Akito had failed to block.
Even though he was fully capable of blocking such attacks, due to exhaustion, Akito had a hard time gathering his thoughts, as his consciousness started to flicker here and there.
Due to that, Akito was kept being overpowered by Rex, until he finally crashed to the ground with even more wounds on his body. He was completely bleeding out that it even surprised Rex himself. After all he haven't gotten serious yet and now Akito was down bleeding like crazy.
"Thats it? That's all you got? Don't give up now that you've come this far, get up and fight"
As Rex said those words, Seol can see that Akito was heavily breathing, as if his body is trying to calm his whole nerves. Due to overuse of his body, he is undergoing overload and need to ca down, that is the reason why his reactions are quie sluggish today.
The moment Rex realized his condition, he suddenly frowned as if he found out that the person he had anticipated to fight, had already broken down before he could even fight it. He was completely disappointed.
"I expected much from you, well there goes my days"
As Rex said those words, a sudden burst of power spike had appeared not far away from them, followed by a tsunami of ice enveloping the area and a pillar of light appearing soon after.
In the next moment everyone realized who was eliminated when the person who walked out from the messy battlefield of ice was none other than Sephiria herself.
The person that was fighting Sephiria Sinnoh. A mage who is rumored to be quite powerful and can top against powerful mages. A mage who has a lot of potential and held in high regards by the elders of magic. A mage who was part of the elite and had earned his title as one of the strongest before Lorius, Shun, and Akito came to be. Such a person himself had actually lost to Sephiria who is recently have been rumored to be an incompetent mage who can't control her mana properly.
That is the reason why they were all surprised when Sephiria defeated Sinnoh while appearing completely unscathed.
In that moment, Sephiria turned her gaze towards Rex, as she used her instantaneous spell to appear infront of him, before starting to release her own domain of ice.
Just like that Sephiria bravely faced Rex at his own playing terms.
