Yone and Nesiara returned to Edge with two 10-year old children. They entered the mansion as they find Aerith ready to leave the mansion to work on the flower fields when she sees them and says, "Oh, they must be Bran and Celine."
"And who are you, Lady?" asks Celene like a rogue making Nesiara hit her head lightly making Aerith smile from seeing that.
"I am your sister," says Aerith as she picked Celine up and hugged her before she hugged Bran.
"Sister?" asks Bran confused as John pets his head.
"She married your older brother. Her name is Aerith Gainsborough," says Nesiara as she began to explain who Aerith was to the two making it obvious to Aerith that Celine was a tomboy.
"You have grown much since the last time I saw you," says Aerith as she petted their head when she asks, "Why weapon do you use? Maybe your brother has the right weapon for you."
"I use a sword and shield while my brother over here uses a club but don't worry grandfather gave us nice weapons," says Celine as Bran took his club out.
It was three times taller than Bran who was already 1,45m tall. The club was made out of wood and a Lion's face that was roaring was on the end with which she had to hit and Bran says shyly, "This is Hercules' Mace. Grandpa Logan gave it to me."
Aerith pets his head making Bran feel some courage when Celine takes her shield and sword out which seemed to be made out of gold with a tint of a violet painted on them.
"This is the Zenith Blade and the Shield of Daybreak. They belonged to a proud warrior like myself," says Celine as she puffs out her chest proudly showing her weapons off.
Aerith pets her too before saying, "Well then I won't have to worry about you two once you leave us with your parents."
"Are you going to look after the flowers?" asks Nesiara seeing Aerith equipped with a little shovel and a basket.
"Yes, you know that I love to take care of them. Kieron is already there since he didn't want me to do that much work even when he knows that I still have some time before my stomach blows up and I can't do this anymore," says Aerith as John petted her head now.
"He just cares for you. Put I should talk to him about it. But how is Zack doing?" asks John as Zack came out of his coma two months after Cloud's and Tifa's wedding.
"He is back in Gongaga. He couldn't face the group after what happened even when we told him that it wasn't his fault but Sephiroth's. We don't know if he is still in Gongaga or traveling Gaia helping the people that need help," says Aerith as John looked quite seriously.
"Maybe I shouldn't have been too hard on him because I had my suspicion about Sephiroth controlling him," says John as he sighs before Aerith tried to cheer him up.
"You just tried to protect the group so don't be too hard on yourself," says Aerith as Nesiara flew upwards and pressed John's head against her breasts.
"We can't change the past but walk into a better future by amending for what we did," says Nesiara as she then kisses John before letting him go while the twins make a noise showing their disgust of seeing their parents kiss.
"Do you two want to join me and your brother to escape your parents?" asks Aerith as she found the reaction of both quite cute.
"Yes please," says Celine as she wanted to escape this situation while her brother only followed her.
John and Nesiara smiled seeing that reaction as they continued to find their eldest daughter. They entered an office in which Reeves was standing beside Yui who was going over some reports regarding everything that is happening inside her company.
"I can see that you are working quite hard even if you should be on your honeymoon with Vincent," says Nesiara to her daughter.
"We will go once the children have vacations. Until then I will be sitting behind a desk and teach or look over reports," says Yui as she smiled at her parents.
"Where are the twins?" asks Yui not seeing them.
"Outside with Aerith and Kieron," says John as he sits down on a chair.
"How old are they?" asks Yui worried.
"They are ten so they should be able to defend themselves. Also, they got some weapons from Logan. Celine also has the same body as both of your younger siblings making it possible to absorb light and make it her own. Bran on the other hand," says Nesiara as Yui looked worried hearing that.
"What is with Bran?" asks Yui worried.
"He has inherited Magic. Your grandfather gave him a vaccine so he wouldn't have trouble learning the art of magic he learned from him," says John as Yui looked relieved.
"I thought it was something serious. What is so disappointing about that?" asks Yui as she looked confused at her parents.
"It's not the magic but his right palm. We sealed the power slumbering in it so he can't harm someone by accident. He is already a quiet boy if he were to wound someone by accident-," says Nesiara worried as Yui interrupts.
"It would break him," says Yui understanding her mother a bit as both nod.
"And what is that power you are talking about?" asks Yui as she was interested.
"He has a black hole in his palm. He can absorb anything inside it. Logan found a teacher for Bran but we sealed his power because it was too powerful for the actual Bran maybe when he is older we can let him learn under the teacher Logan found," says John as Yui and Reeves stiffened up hearing that.
"Doesn't that means that he became impossible to be beaten?" asks Reeves as John shakes his head.
"Not really," says John as Reeves was confused by that.
"You just need to cut his right arm off and his black hole would go rampage killing everything around it without control or at least that's what Logan told us," says Nesiara as she was worried about her youngest.
"He is a Crownguard he must be strong right?" asks Yui as John nods.
"Yes, he is bigger than your brother was his age and his strength seems to be double that of Celine. He is just holding everything back since he hurt Celine quite badly in a little fight they had," says Nesiara feeling guilty that her son was feeling he needed to hide his strength.
"Everyone deals with everything differently," says John as not everyone is the same.
"Anyway, tomorrow you will be leaving right," says Yui as both nod.
"That's right, your sister will accompany us with the twins. They are prepared to face anything coming their way," says Nesiara as Yui felt relieved from hearing that.
"We will leave you to work then," says John as he stood back up ready to leave his eldest with Reeves so they could work properly.
John and Nesiara went to spend their day with Aerith and Kieron as well as Nora once she returned from helping Tifa. The next morning, everyone in the Crownguard Mansion was ready to say goodbye when Logan/Alfred appeared.
"Are you all ready?" asks Logan/Alfred as Nesiara and John nods.
"We are," says Nesiara as Logan/Alfred took a Soul Stone out.
"Then I wish you luck once the ring has been destroyed a soul will escape it. Catch the soul and you have fulfilled your mission in that world," says Logan/Alfred as he hands the stone over to John before opening a portal.
"You will appear in Bree a small town. You should look for a man named Strider. He is the person who will help the Ringbearer you are looking for," says Logan/Alfred as they passed the portal and they appeared in the small town.
The portal closed behind them as John says, "We need to find that Strider. Let's go through the taverns and inns to find him as quickly as possible but first let us change clothes we are too well-dressed for people of this world."
They changed clothes before they went from tavern to tavern and inn to inn until it was getting dark and they talked to an innkeeper that pointed them towards a man in the corner that was smoking from a pipe with a hood over his head.
"Are you Strider?" asks John as Aragorn looked at John suspiciously.
"It depends on what you want," says Aragorn as John and the others sat down.
"We are looking for the Ringbearer and we heard that you know where he could be," says John calmly.
"What do you need from the hobbit?" asks Aragorn as he felt they didn't want to harm them.
"We were sent to help the Ringbearer to destroy the ring," says Nesiara as Aragorn looked at the twins.
"And you would put your children in danger for that mission," says Aragorn looking at John and Nesiara angrily.
"We can defend ourselves properly," says Celine angrily back at Aragorn as she hated to be seen as a weak little girl.
"They speak the truth. The two could fight you and still win in a one-on-one. You shouldn't underestimate them especially my little brother," says Nora as she drank what the people called beer in Bree.
"If that is so we will depart tomorrow morning we have a long journey towards Weathertop. See you in the morning," says Aragorn as he leaves the table to go to his room.
"We should get our rooms here as well," says Nesiara as John nods.
They rent three rooms and leave to sleep. Once in bed, Nesiara says, "It seems we will live in a world that resembles my homeworld. I can't wait which mysteries we will uncover on our journey."
"I just hope we don't need to hide your ears as well as the children ears like in the other worlds. I like your pointy ears after all," says John as he bites sweetly into it making Nesiara moan since her ears are quite sensitive.
"Stop it this bed wouldn't support our routine," says Nesiara as John stopped but hugged her.
"Too bad that this bed can't support me completely maybe once in a tent we will be able to do so," says John kissing his wife before they fell asleep.
