It was obvious that these hideous creatures were creations of Chaos, likely possessing the same abilities as the Child of Chaos he had encountered before, capable of nullifying the Order around them. Back then, Fang Zheng had experienced a system disconnect when facing the Child of Chaos, and now it seemed the same thing was happening here.
No wonder the Kingdom of the Holy Church and the Magitech Nation were helpless against the Twilight Frontier. Without constructs like Fungal Carpet and Crystal Towers to maintain stability, no matter how many people they send, it's just a losing game.
