After the Sea Emperor evolved into a humanoid form, whether in terms of the strength of the physical body and soul, cultivation talent, or innate aptitude, he was one of the top existences among the Human Clan.
In some ways, he was not inferior to Guding.
The reason he hadn't broken through to Saint King was different from the other members of the Guding pirate group; he spent most of his time and energy outside of cultivation. Although he could have chosen to multitask, he opted to go with the flow.
For the Guding pirate group, the overall combat power was already formidable. Throughout history, no pirate group had ever been known to have three Saint Kings and eight Saint Lords. The Sea Emperor felt that it didn't matter if he wasn't there in terms of combat power; instead, he could spend more time gathering information, conducting research, discussing the creation of new weapons with Robert, and planning the future of the pirate group with Miko, among other things.
