Within the time-space node, the Evil Emperor Wutian looked very satisfied with his newly acquired physical body.

Before he had fully familiarized himself with the body, the Evil Emperor sensed anomalies from the outside world. He looked around, observing that the Space and Time Avenues of the entire time-space node seemed to be boiling, and the Space and Time Rules became chaotic.
He rushed toward the exit, only to find that the portal leading to the present world was already closed.
He knew that all of this was likely the consequence of using the Time Stasis ability earlier. The local changes in the Time Rules had caused the entire time-space node to mutate.
