(In celebration of Double Eleven, I was originally planning to take a break...)
After dinner, Qianqian couldn't sit still at home and forcefully dragged me out for a walk. Seeing that it was still early, around 8:30 PM—perfect for a stroll and visiting the night market—I decided to join her.
Though Earth's cities can't compare to a place like Shadow City, seeing Qianqian so cheerful along the way, I suppose as long as I'm with her, she can find excitement in a city park that rivals the Amazon Basin.
Speaking of which, I'm always running around, and the distance I wander each day has become incredible. I even just took a trip to the Divine Realm, and yet, it's been a long time since I've strolled around my own neighborhood. Today, stepping out the door, I even felt a moment of unfamiliarity. The small market owner enthusiastically greeted me: "Hey, haven't seen you in a while, back from a business trip?"
...Actually, the truth was just as they said.
