Neutral faction Seven Cities Alliance, also known as Mage City and Mage Academy, is located in the southern desert continent of the world with seven floating cities: Holy Crown City, Golden Crown City, Fire Cloud City, Silver Wind City, Silver Top City, Holy Dragon City, and Cloudtop City. The City Lords are seven Mage Heroes whose powers are nearly god-like, respectively Time King Temokhan, Elemental Lord Zesier, Master of Destruction Fayiz, Horla the Wind Speaker, Storm King Magnus, Dragon Slayer Deken, and Great Sage Serles.
Originally established by a group of Grand Mages who desired to avoid mundane affairs, along with the enigmatic Lamp Gods, they exchanged and learned from each other. Notably, in other zones, the city names and City Lords of the Seven Cities Alliance are identical. In the yet-to-launch National War Zone, the Seven Cities Alliance has a main hub, Seven Cities Federation City, where players from all nations can meet.
