"I think all of you can now feel it, but I have already defeated Bathory and absorbed her family's power. I am one step away from achieving the task that I have been told to do but I will need the help of every vampire family." Solstice stated.
The real reason why Solstice led the hunt against the crazed blood queens is due to the fact that members of the vampire council do not like her. They said that she was not truly like them because she cannot die permanently. The only way to gain recognition for vampires is to create feats that even the other elders cannot easily do.
