Adrian or rather Telos' soul suddenly changed to have something called a Soul Chamber. It is not just Telos that has gained this change as beings that had no talent before suddenly got the talent to be a summoner. The ones that thought that they had no power because their bodies cannot expel mana suddenly found themselves a way to do magic.
Adrian's sudden Law Creation could be detected by his father but he did not check on his surroundings. The thing that he needs to do right now is creating the Seal spell for Vio to become a soulbound. A power never before seen in the world suddenly came out of Adrian's body as this is his soul trying to communicate with Vio's weakening soul.
