The sixth floor was the Geode Canyon. They stood on a narrow ledge overlooking a vast, sprawling chasm. The walls were not of rock, but of massive, jagged crystals in violent shades of amethyst, citrine, and obsidian. These crystals pulsed with a raw, untamed energy, casting sharp, fractured shadows and filling the air with a constant, high-pitched hum that felt like needles against the skin. The air was dry and carried the scent of ozone and crushed stone. Far below, a river of what looked like liquid lightning crackled and flashed, illuminating the cavern in sporadic, terrifying bursts.
