After he finished speaking, he gave Ji Chicheng a slight nod, then walked past him and smiled at Fenfen.
Ji Chicheng also turned and followed.
The doctor merely walked up to Fenfen and reached out to peel back his eyelids.
"The situation looks good." He said while lifting his wrist to glance at his watch, "You can prep for the operating room by 8:30."
Ji Chicheng nodded, "Hmm."
Once the doctor left, he turned to look at Fenfen, then pulled out his phone to dial Ji Anning's number, only to find it still powered off.
He turned around, ready to leave, when he accidentally glanced at the coffee table and saw Ji Anning's phone on it.
She didn't bring her phone?
Ji Chicheng quickly walked over, bent down, and picked up Ji Anning's phone; it was turned off.
He narrowed his eyes in confusion and then turned to ask Aunt Wu, "Aunt Wu, how long has Anning been out?"
Aunt Wu thought for a moment, "Probably more than half an hour."
"Charge this phone. I'm going to find her."
