"Uncle Huo." Xiaobao called out, still fixated on the storybook.
"True to being your son, he's certainly cute." Huo Yanzhao took out a few candies from his pocket and handed them to Xiaobao. "These are a token from Uncle Huo, just a bit shabby now, I'll make it up to you next time."
"Thank you, Uncle Huo!" Seeing the uniquely shaped candies, Xiaobao immediately grabbed them, his eyes smiling brightly.
He Jingyao glanced at him, "You sure know how to charm kids."
"Don't forget I'm a father too." Huo Yanzhao thought of his daughter, a hint of a smile on his lips. "Tang Yuan loves candy, so I always have a few pieces in my pocket wherever I go."
"How's it going? Have you been confirmed?" He Jingyao went straight for his sore spot.
Huo Yanzhao choked slightly, his expression turning a bit gloomy, "That's my business."
