Zhixi's hand was still placed at her heart, her expression dazed.
For a moment, a bad premonition rose from the depths of her heart.

She chuckled and walked into the kitchen to prepare dinner. Uncle Li had already prepared most of the ingredients. Seeing her slightly pale face, he smiled reassuringly, "Young Mistress, don't worry."
Zhixi lightly nodded.
After dinner was ready, there were only Zhixi and Xiaobao. Zhixi had little appetite and soon put down her chopsticks.
