Sandstorm City... was a city built upon a passage leading to the Underworld, beneath which lay the territory of the Dark City State Alliance of the Underworld.
This was the most convenient route to enter the Underworld from the Death Desert.
And the history of this city was said to trace back to the Silver Era dominated by the elves...
