They were the Mengmeng Committee Construction Team, one of the most famous player groups in the Elf Kingdom.
After several major guilds chose their city-building locations, the Construction Team, led by Guild Leader Little Xian Miao and Vice Guild Leader Cuckoo Bird, came here to start building their own city in the mountains.
This was a fairly challenging task and also a rather puzzling choice.
