After Smoker buried the two cards beneath a floor tile next to the statue's foot, several players tidied up the scene. They rearranged the long benches and used equipment, such as cameras, to take photos of the stained glass and other features inside the church. After ensuring nothing was missed, they left the church with Frederick, the lumberjack, who had been unconscious the entire time.
By now, the festive gathering in Hamelin Town was nearly over, and there were some pedestrians on the streets. The players found an inn to stay at (paid for by the awakened Frederick). At night, they all donned their Night Clothes to go out and gather information. This essentially involved entering the town's library to look through historical books, photograph maps, and search for traces of a supernatural power system in this world.
