The Black Tower has officially entered Level One Alert status.
1. Close all inter-world channels.
2. Suspend the Fate Space System (ongoing fate events remain unaffected).
3. The internal trading system of the Black Tower is in a semi-open state, with some resources temporarily unavailable for exchange.
4. All Destiny Travelers active within the Black Tower are prohibited from returning to their original worlds and will be forcibly conscripted to assist relevant departments with maintenance and control operations.
5. A "World Conference" is convened simultaneously.
Only node holders from Subsuper and Super Worlds may attend.
The main agenda is briefing them on the crisis situation and providing partial data on the Out of control individuals,
the most important aspect being to ask them to temporarily set aside mutual conflicts and establish inter-world channels.
