He habitually walked to the second-to-last seat on the bus, looked out the window, and plugged in his earphones.
His eyes watched the scenery outside, the cars speeding past, the pedestrians gathering on the sidewalk, and finally, as if a bit bored, he lowered his head, pondering something unknown.
The bus had not moved for long before it reached an intersection and stopped at the traffic light.
