She threw herself to the edge of the speedboat to take cover. From her clothes, she quickly pulled out a high-power scope, mounted it on the gun, loaded it, and aimed. Her actions were seamless, finally locking onto the nearest person. A loud bang followed, her arm shook, and in the distance, someone was hit in the chest and flipped overboard.
The huge waves immediately engulfed and swallowed him whole.
Jack's face changed when he heard the sound. When he turned back to look, he saw her pressing low, engaged in a firefight with those chasing.
