The Inferno phoenix reached him and spat a sea of flames to crisp him alive. Wil stood there to experience its attack in person.
As the flames struck him, his 99% damage reduced its attack to a negligible but didn't expect to have 10-digit damage numbers continuously appearing over his head.

Usually, it shouldn't be a problem for Wil due to the high Pierce resist stat but it appeared to be a mythic-grade monster, the Inferno Phoenix's burning effect appeared to have ignored that stat.
