Not very far from the city hall, a young man was sitting calmly and was ready a book while drinking a cup of mint tea. He was sitting directly to the window and he could see the city hall from his place very clearly.
"Interesting, having a 7th star knight on your side, makes everything easier."
This young man was Noah and he was spying the city leader and the meeting he hold a moments ago. Thanks to his dual cultivation as a knight and magician, he had super ears plus he could magnify them with magic. This made spying a very easy task for someone like him.
"Did they thought, I would let them go so easily? Wait till the children are back, then you will know what it means to mess up with children and with me." Noah said after taking a mint tea sip.
Noah was a peaceful persona did not like to fight and being violent all the time, but he was a true believer of vengeance and fighting for the right. Those persons who only forgive the people that made them lose a lot, were for him a little stupid, he knew that forgiving was harder to do then vengeance, but there were times were forgiving was a very stupid idea, for example the actions of the people that were in the meeting of the city leader.
"This marking technique is quite good; the library is very useful for this matters. I have only to mark them with a little of mana and I am able to know their positions at any time."
Before he came here to spy them, he went to the secret library under the academy and searched for a technique that he could use in this situations and he found it very easily. It was one of the basic techniques that could be found there, and it had no restrictions at all.
He also saw how the original Principal Black, David, Sabrina, and max were doing, they all were in seclusion cultivation and they would spend a lot of years before they will appear again. But it was somehow good for them and thanks to the clones, they would have a memory of the outside world while they were in the underground.
Noah said always to himself that it was for the better, on this way he could support it better.
"We are doing this for our future, it does not matter spending 10, 20, 30 years cultivating, if we can save the world and at the same time, we will have a longer lifetime." Said Noah as he saw them cultivating silently with all their concentration there.
This place was somehow also very mystical, then the concentration of the cultivators was strengthened and they did not need to wake every other time to recharge their concentrations . They could cultivate for a long time without the need of waking up or eating, everything was covered by the mana, then the mana was somehow also an energy source and they could use it instead of food. But this was only possible if a cultivator were in the 4th star and above.
Noah was also partly in charge of the academy now and he was even nominated as the unofficial vice-principal of the academy.

While walking he realized that the sword, he had on his wait was too shabby and was very used and broken in some parts too.

The sword he had right now was given by an old man in a village they visited in the past, this sword was incredible and even the person that found it could not say how good the sword is. But unfortunately, the sword was partly broken, and he did not repair it. He used it all the time and killed countless beasts and people with it.
"Wait, I can ask James Smith to repair it, he is the best at sword repairing and improving. I should visit him, but I do not know where he is now."
Noah remembered the legendary smith from the future, that he met a time ago and he also gave him and advise about how to use his talent. He was known as the best smith in all the times and every smith wanted to be like him and reach the profoundness, he reached in the art of weapon smith.
"I should send someone to search for his exact position."
