His name was Ximao, A Divinity Middle Stage Expert, one of the few on the continent. However, Ximao was not an expert from the Runia Continent. When the Divine Military Exchange Program was established, nearly all countries sought to have their own experts lead the program. Obviously, there was no way they would reach a compromise if things continued like that.
Finally, an idea was offered that everyone accepted. They would instead invite someone from outside, and it had to be someone from far away, who had no personal interests in what was happening on this continent.
That's when Ximao was found. In exchange for a very high payment, he would be the Principal of the Military Academy, being neutral to everything that happens to it or outside of it. He had to put the academy above everything else, and make sure no one would try anything that could break the thin balance between the countries of the Runia Continent.
