"Ximao," Roan took over, "The Balance Breakers, where do they come from? How are they even born?"
In their case, what probably made them Balance Breakers was their system, but it was unlikely that every Balance Breaker had a system too.
"If we knew, what use would be there for a Judgemental Eye?" Ximao shrugged. "As far as I'm aware, their appearance is a random occurrence."
"That's not necessarily the case," Rean commented. "Perhaps you know why Balance Breakers appear, but you simply can't prevent them from appearing, nor can you tell where they will appear."
"True," Ximao didn't discard that possibility. "But if we do, at least no one told me. Well, not that it would make much of a difference for someone like me to know that. I'm just an observer of the Judgemental Eye of this area."
