Mira rushed forward alongside Nimin. He felt no fear approaching the soldiers, they were no different from those who invaded the forest. They were simply larger in number. The axe he was given was a double sided one, different than what he was used to using.
Mira reached a suitable distance and swung the axe with incredible strength. The soldiers were carved through like a hot knife and butter. Those who tried blocking found their weapons out of their hands or shattered.
Mira followed up the swing by spinning and slamming the axe into the ground. The power behind the strike caused the ground to crack and cave inward, causing a massive indent to form. The ground rumbled and several soldiers fell from the unsteady surface. Mira stumbled a bit as well, the ground was a lot more unstable than the one he was used to.
Recovering faster than the soldiers Mira charged forward. His axe cleaved through armor, and no soldier could stand against the weapon.
