Azul kept cultivating as things progressed. The others doing various other things. The Nether World Hospital, Shops, Gate, and Senate were all back. A few members of his former Senate were revived and were happy to work. Each of the Bills were sent to Faye who sent to Yun Yun and Mira for input.
A few last Tier forces were made to get started on various projects. A 9 hour work day and accumulating vacation the same as before.
However, from the looks of his current viewpoint them all, they all just wanted to work so they could reunite with friends and family again. A project to make a new Mass Effect Relay was underway. Done by them, not Orion. A way to help their tech level shoot back up. A Halo Ring was also underway.
It was the first "planet" in the Nether World. Nothing like they had before, but it solved the technological itch everyone had. Some lifestyles were to hard to get rid of.
Besides the Chaos Gods from Warhammer 30k-40k, Dyshana, who rested, and Hilda still out; everyone else was with the other Prime Soul looking for the others. A few Djinn appeared and played with Mira and Faye. One attached to Spike right off that bat. Which gave him weird fire power. Julia kept hugging them till they fainted, as she believed them to be natural children of the Foundation of life.
She was not really wrong, but the level of understanding and detail would take long to explain.
"11th level. Refining the Core Sea, allows for boundless future progress. Each of you have that already." Mira said with glee in her eye. She came back over, checking Orion out with the others, taking a break. "Ahh, 12th level. Creates a sea of perception which leads to more powerful Spiritual Sense. His awareness was already stupidly high! Yay, more and more! Keep going!"
"Is she ok?" Julia asked Faye after turning from the very strange Operator.
"Umm, maybe.. maybe.. Blasted psycho higher life form." Faye grumbled. "Then again, she has been kept isolated for the most part for several millennia."
"13th level! It allows one to steal luck from the heavens by increasing latent talent. It is useless but he is doing it! Ahh, so many possibilities!" Mira's nose was bleeding at the possibilities. "Oh, what is he doing?"
In Seconds, Orion formed the spiritual ties inside himself. Then a few minutes to do other things. Spirit Realm: First Stage Qi Condensation. 1 minute 2nd Qi Condensation. 3 minutes 3rd Qi Condensation. 5 minutes 4th Qi Condensation. 6 minutes 5th Qi Condensation. 8 minutes 6th Qi Condensation. 9 minutes 7th Qi Condensation. 10 minutes 8th Qi Condensation. 12 minutes 9th Qi Condensation.
"Raghh! Should have let loose my titles first." Orion grumbled. "But then again, benefits to not do it beforehand. Well, time to do the hard part." The qi that he left right around his body was pulled directly back in. Breaking into the 10th Qi Condensation. "Haa, not that great. Not fair that this is spoiled since I have gotten to a higher tier through walking into the Fade in Dragon Age once."
"Yeah... but the feeling.. let your Pather power touch on it fully." Mira said, getting closer. Her eyes saw a slight blockage from Orion's thoughts. "A slight tangle from what a part of your body use to do on it's own. A small thing really. But it can hamper the Foundation."
"Very well." Orion did as he felt the powerful Operator in front of him. "Huh!" Opening his eyes, Orion gazed into Mira's nebula in her eyes. His eyes changed over and reflected his own. "What? You want into my World?"
"That would be nice... but later." Mira smiled and blinked the sensations away. The link stopping. "So full-barreled power out of the gate! So pumped!"
"Hmm, I can tell." Orion released his physical traits back. They combined into one new one and changed into a new name. "World Human? How unusual."
"You are one of a kind now. Like me?" Mira smiled. She reigned in her excitement to keep from killing everyone. A shout from her, would level the place full blast. "I am the only Level 100 Operator/Administrator to transcend the confines. A World Operator. I can operate anywhere, just like you can. This is what the System wanted to see among other things."
"Hey, there is something else inside. Oh, you put the Fleshy Body stuff inside." Orion got started right away. The mixing of his titles and traits benefits as a World Human. "If I forge it with this method, what would happen?"
"Nothing just full control. The reason why I have you here. Sync between your senses to keep you from having your knowledge go past your body. You will be fine after. Do not assign your points just yet. This will help you gain additional Titles. As well as complete quests that you do not know about." Mira said hastily. "Also gave you spiritual Wind. You had Fire & Water starting off from the other two times. Let's do Wind this time."
Considering they were in a place at sea, it would work great at times. And she was also a wind-based Operator. So she could teach him things.
"Hmmm, alright then. Let's get started." Orion's flesh started to rip as well as his bones. The others left immediately at the sickening sight. Well, Mira & Yun Yun stood. Mira was loving every moment. Yun Yun was interested in this version of Cultivation. With Mira's assistance, she started it herself.

Days turn to months, turn to years there. In that time, Orion's body returned to a healthy level. In One Piece, his body was doing regular exercise and eating food to help facilitate the change. The time there was only a few months compared to the passage in his Nether World.
A few Pulls were under way. A lot at once getting things for later. These Pulls would be put through a few things to help for later on specific tasks.
System: X-Pull commencing... target acquired.. Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion Manga.. C.C. The Immortal Witch. Companion has agreed to follow.. contract formed.. awarding Geass.
*Boop!* C.C. fell out the Rift and was caught by Orion using his magic. She floated to the front of him and brought out pizza for her to eat. Then went back to cultivating.
C.C. Looked to be about 16 years old or so. Several mental issues resulted from what was done to her. With Orion's and Mira's help in the future, they would work through it to help her live a more stable life. She ate her pizza and let them work away.
Mira was given a Geass for her help, which she gratefully accepted. When finished, C.C. was placed in a capsule to change her. She would be upgraded with everything a Sister of Battle had. Giving her combat understanding at a high level, as well as a subconscious Faith in something.
She would no longer be helpless or at the mercy of others in any way. Faye took her in as her family, which to everyone was not an issue. She took to magic like a sponge and was more than adept at things. A very devious Tactician was in there. Marked for the darker jobs that needed to be done. She had a lot of anger to vent out.
System: High Pull. Commencing... Target found.. Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge.. Anime.. Victor von Gerdenheim.. modifying to flesh... turning previous to power.. Companion is now resting.
*Voom!* A large capsule appeared. Mana swirled from the Nether World around it. Orion brushed him with his Pather power and separated a piece of his mind to talk with him.
System: Medium Pull... commencing.. target found.. Street Fighter II Anime.. Vega the Bullfighter.. Companion agrees.. wants wine however.
*Tap!* Vega walked out of the Rift stealthy as possible. Not even a ripple from it, but his feet made noise touching the ground. His hair was in a braid and reached for down his waist. gray in color that turned back to a healthy blond. His clothes looked bad. Full of tears and cuts. Whatever he went through, was rough for a very long time.
Maagic wiped over cleaning him by Orion. A part of his mind separated, talking to the Spain native about things slowly. Wine and food appeared in front of him. He tasted the wine first ,enjoying the brand. Seeing the list that he could purchase from, a single fell from his mask. It would take a while to bring back to the killer he was.
The next few Pulls were items that Orion wouldn't use. It was placed in the reward area for several of his forces.
"Oh, you are destroying the Eternal Stratum how nice." Mira stared and watched the inner workings. Orion had added in the power of his inner World from his understanding as a Pather. He formed a new Stratum. "Calling it the World Stratum!" Mira made a note in the System for the approval. It was made anonymous. The points she received after were monstrous.
*Bwoom!* Faye came back after some time. She looked at the other two and smiled a little.
"They have not moved or gained any levels. How odd?"
"Oh, I locked to give them more stats upon leveling. That way, no lookie-loos can notice anything when he walks around in a World. They will just know he spent a lot of time training if they look into him." Mira said. "You adapted well to the One Piece World. I am happy."
"It took a few months, but him there has been very nice to both me and his subordinates." Faye smiled. "It is refreshing to have this strength and that of some one around as well. Can you tell me what is going on here?"
"This will serve you quite well Orion." Turning to look at Yun Yun, she smiled. "Perfect – No cracks or breaks. You are going the route of the Dao Fruit of Perfection. That is what she is doing Faye. The Dao Fruit also called the Supreme Stratum. To achieve it, a Cultivator with a Perfect Stratum must Sever that perfection. But she will go one step further, most likely due to her understanding and the influence of Orion."
"Oh, to what exactly?" Faye looked at the screen and at what was going on between the two.
"Eternal. The true pinnacle, above the Supreme Stratum. It requires a form of enlightenment into the concept of what it means to be "Eternal" after achieving a Dao Fruit. That is what she has achieved. If she were a few million years older she might be able to peek into other forms." Mira said.
"Hmmm, maybe I should study this cultivation? Not the one he is doing. I want to study the one from her World." Faye thought for a bit. "Yeah, that will work better. Oh, let me see his status."
"Here you go." Mira flipped the screen to her.
"So different from my own!" Faye exclaimed.

Orion also took the time to go slowly through the memories of what the other him did before he woke up. However, he kinda messed up and look into it out of order. The first was Kuina & Zoro.
