** The MC could or could not be a reincarnate. That's up to the author. They could be a reincarnate that awakens after the prologue or after birth and go through the whole prologue or an In-universe OC character who's a new variable introduced without meta-knowledge to see how things go.**
So, an Inhuman - Mutant hybrid UNAWAKENED Wakandan born outside of Wakanda (but constantly visits with family to learn his people, and culture and as a result becomes friends with the royal family due to being in the same university as his prince T'Challa) with Doom and Reed as mentors (teachers in university (don't know what they're doing teaching in university but hey, everyone does side quests from time to time so teaching someone they see as promising isn't far-fetched)).

Either it's from one of many visits/trips to Wakanda with his parents when the parents recover a Wakandan artifact with a terrigen crystal within it that they're taking back to Wakanda for study
OR
from him encountering Inhumans and accidentally touching a crystal shard and then going through terrigenesis to become an Inhuman
Either way, when going through terrigenesis, his mutant x-gene is also awakened so he also becomes a mutant on top of that. And in the process, awakens his mutant ability of Cypher and Sage's ability as his Inhuman one (and this makes him want to be a better Batman (relying on martial arts and gadgets) so he starts warrior training in Wakanda whenever he visits and also goes on to learn all languages*]*
He somehow gets into an accident (not unlike the one Rand got into. This is after graduating university top of his class and going to a certain country of his choice as vacation/celebration) and winds up in K'un-Lun training for 15 years (waiting for the next time for the opening to go back home while having mastered all martial arts styles taught there surpassing most masters there in fighting and chi applications thanks to cypher's ability but doing nothing but gaining experience fighting everyone who're nothing but glad the MC's leaving because they've been doing nothing but loose to him all the time).
He becomes a master of chi but is refused from taking the Iron Fist trials. He masters his own chi and even creates new applications for it that the chi masters of K'un-Lun didn't think of to do.
Upon leaving K'un-Lun after the entrance to outside world/home dimension opens up, he's met with the Ancient One who long foresaw the future and didn't want to waste time waiting. He then moves to Kamar-Taj to start sorcerer training (where he learns regular sorcery alongside runes and elements and others like sling ring space magic etc. using dimensional energies) while thinking up a story/alibi for his disappearance when he reveals himself to the world because apparently, people (Doom & Reed (his teachers) and T'Challa (his friend) never stopped searching for him and they're important enough that his missing person story made headlines for a year and stayed in the news for years before it was dropped).
He connects to a dimension of chi giving him an abundant/ near-infinite but not unlimited source of chi to do things that even Iron Fists would be jealous of as well as things he theorized before can be done with chi, but he never had enough to do them.
After two years training making him be missing for 17 years or so (which given he graduates when he's a teenager or early 20s puts his age in the late 30s to early 40s around this time of his major training arc ending).
The story he came up with was something like severe head trauma and memory loss and living with a nice family that lives in the remote area and constantly uses that route to travel to an fro. They took him in and helped heal him from frostbite and physical injuries, then helped take care of him and taught him things because he had forgotten how to do basic stuff. When he awoke his memories, 16 years had passed. He stayed with them one more year before leaving etc.

Doom doesn't buy the story much because he feels a change in the MC (having trained in magic himself) and goes on to confront the MC about it which ends with the MC being Doom's student in warlock magic (using personal and universal energies more for it)
After training with them, he meets with mutants (that had been tracking him and want him to join them (brotherhood and X-men) and he declines. Brotherhood fights and he whoops their asses (using his martial arts, chi and magic) so they don't approach him with forceful recruitment offers anymore but tell him he's welcome anytime to join them.
And that's it. The story goes from there. Background set. Doesn't have to be in flashbacks. Could be prologue chapters (with each chapter having the number and label)
- Prologue 1 - about his birth in US and him going to Wakanda and making friends and university and meeting Reed and Doom and learning and graduating. He awakens his abilities in this.
- Prologue 2 - trains in his abilities and learns different languages. Graduates from university and goes on trip. Gets into accident and winds up in the birthplace of martial arts. Trains to be as good as Shang Chi (without having met him yet)
- Prologue 3 - leaves the birthplace of martial arts and goes to learn sorcery. Creates alibi / story reason for missing. Probably ends with Doom confronting him on the changes he's felt coming from the MC.
- Prologue 4 - MC tells valid reasons (not the whole truth but enough truths mixed with lies. The family that found him were martial artists with expertise in local medicine. With no memory of his identity, he remained with them for years. When his memories gradually returned, he chose to stay long enough to repay their kindness before returning home. As for the energy (chi), he one day awoke and felt it, then it was just a matter of using / practicing with it) for what he can do and Doom accepts it (probably knows it's not the whole truth but doesn't really care that much) and begins training him in warlock magic
- Prologue 5 - MC finishes training with Doom after some time / or during it, he meets mutants (two groups that want to recruit him) and refuses recruitment. Beats one group while the other one watches. Leave on good terms.
Then the story starts from there into chapter one.
By the end of the prologue, he should have:
- Wakandan education and technology.
- Elite scientific training under Reed and Doom.
- Sage-level computational cognition.
- Cypher's universal comprehension.
- Mastery of martial arts and advanced chi techniques.
- Formal sorcery from Kamar-Taj.
- Additional mystical knowledge from Doom.
- Fluency in essentially every spoken, written, coded, and mystical language he encounters.
