Ding! It seems host has misunderstood that note. First, life level is what you say is talent for a being but also a limit. Thor have meteor level life genes so if he doesn't cultivate deliberately, he will need to reach at least mid-later age to reach Nascent realm powerhouse so having a certain Life level is like having a talent, so to reach that realm that person will not face many bottleneck and he will need some opportunity to break this bottleneck and from then his cultivation will be like others, full of danger. And raising one's Life Level is almost impossible for others. At least in Mortal realm.
Carl understood the situation. It means having higher life level is like having a head start or having safety helmet.

(3) Core Formation Realm: this realm is about creating a solid Core in Dantian, with 1/10 you can enter early Core Formation realm, with 4/10 you can enter mid Core Formation realm, with 7/10 you can enter late Core Formation realm. After creating a complete Core you can start establishing a connection between Core and Soul.

If Carl was here he would be surprised to see this woman who can be listed as most mysterious person in Marvel Cinematic Universe the Ancient One.
Ancient One looks around and suddenly looks at garbage dump where Carl has first dropped with narrow eyes. She gently closed her eyes with a frown on her eyebrows and touched the locket in the middle of her chest; it looks like she is hesitating for some reason. She suddenly opened her eyes and looked at way Carl has run off with a smile, looks like she has finally made a decision. She again opened the space door and strives toward it, leaving this place. Before the space door closed she looked toward the exit and whispered.

After Carl ran off for few dozen minutes, he looked at crowd frowning at him because of disgusting garbage smell finally calmed down.
'Looks like I am finally safe.' Finally relieved he looks at his cloths and gave a frown thinking 'it is indeed smelly, but what should I do now, I don't even have money to eat let alone buy clothes or a home and I don't even have a legal id. And he can't contact Tony without sufficient power or if somehow SHIELD gets the wind of me, I won't be able to explain my origins' thinking at this he can only bitterly smile at his current situation.
