"The next time you come late, I will be forced to feed you like a baby, as this has become too much." Feng Xu said to Feng Li with a taunting smile.
"Will you stop pestering your little brother already?" With a laugh, Fu Lin reprimanded Feng Xu.
"Let them be. They are our only two children we have, you know." Feng Tian interjected with a loving smile as he looked at his two children, who were talking while eating happily. As his gaze fell on Feng Li, Feng Tian had a thoughtful look as his mind blanked for a moment. 'I wonder how he will react when the time comes.'
After the meal was over, Feng Li returned to his room after bidding goodnight to his family members. On his bed, Feng Li sat cross-legged. His consciousness started moving through his body when it finally stopped at his dantian. As he expected, the scene was as it had been before. His dantian was wrapped with ten rings of light, which were the ten beasts that Feng Li had named the 'Ten deca-light beasts.' This was because he had no idea as to what these beasts were exactly.
He then cast his consciousness into his mind to check his heavenly soul power. The sight astounded Feng Li as his soul power had grown a bit more peculiar and solid. With close inspection, he discovered that this was because his soul had integrated with the heavenly soul and became one!

Feng Tian was taken aback by the sudden request by his son. As he knew his son, he had to be forced to go to the library to read the books, which also turned to disappointment as he only read for a minute and slept for hours.
After looking at Feng Li for several breaths of time, Feng Tian nodded at him, indicating to him that he could go to the library for as long as he wished. "Li'er, I hope you are working hard these days?"
Feng Tian blinked for a second before nodding his head, "Yes, father." He replied as he quickly left the hall, running to the family library.
Arriving at the library entrance, Feng Li saw a middle-aged man wearing a blue robe, who was the elder in charge of the library. Seeing Feng Li entering the library on his own, he was surprised for a moment before saluting him. "Young patriarch, you are here…"
"Yes, I'm here. I want the books that have Information about many things concerning this world." Feng Li said with eyes of anticipation, staring at the elder.
"The elder was taken aback at Feng Li's request as there had never been a person requesting information about this world. "em… young patriarch, the books we have here have little to no information about the world." The elder said with a solemn tone while looking at Feng Li.
Hearing this, Feng Li was disappointed. "But we still have books that can broaden your horizons a bit." The elder said with an honest face. Hearing this, hope was seen in Feng Li's face as he ran inside the family library.
Entering the first floor of the Feng family, numerous shelves could be seen with piles of books lying neatly on the shelves in an orderly manner. Feng Li slowly went through the first shelf, overlooking the books. He could see many rolls containing different cultivation techniques as they were written on the covers.
Feng Li sat on a shelf that he selected and started going through the books to try and find out any important information about this world that he was in. Feng Li remained in the library for the whole day. The elder in charge of the library was surprised that the Feng Li he knew could never remain in the library for a long period, much less read seriously for that whole time.
After he was done reading through the books, Feng Li left the library and headed back to his courtyard. Sitting on his bed, Feng Li was in deep thought about what he had known so far; according to the records in the Feng library, he came to discover that he was in a province known as the Guan province. This province covers several thousand kilometres. Guan province is ruled by the Guan family. Feng Li wanted to find information about the Guan family, but he could not find any detailed records apart from them being the rulers of the Guan province.
Apart from that, he discovered that several big cities were under the Guan family's power. Feng Li had thought that Emerald City was a relatively big city in this place, only to find out that he was so naïve. Having known all this, Feng Li was overwhelmed with sleep as he had spent the whole day reading, and he fell asleep without even realising it.
