A collosal like, dark shadow... and was too big to be real, swept over the whole clearing all at once. The shadow didn't come from above but it just appeared on the ground. It was a heavy, cold darkness that choked out the last bit of light in the clearing and making the small spark of victory they had desperately earned turned to nothingness. And just in the place, where the destroyed monster should have vanished in a flash of light from both Athena and Sari's attack— its thick, black, oily slime covering the ground started to come alive. It didn't just sit there... it pulsed, living, bubbling, and churning like sticky mud that wanted to pull them under if they dared step in. From this evil, thick sludge, two twisting streams of strange, smoky and electric power rose up. A deep, terrible color of purple that made the air feel heavy and dark, and a morbid, bright, bloody red that looked like the apocalypse itself. They swirled together into a beacon of pure darkness.
